letter from PresidentAs we approach our 15 year anniversary, I wish to express my gratitude to all those who honored us with their dedicated support, encouragement and guidance. No matter how large or small a company is, success is only accomplished through the passion and dedication of a strong team. I am humbled to have the honor of leading such a group,The Falcon Family.
Since 1994, our company has weathered professional and personal hard times and in the end, have thrived, thanks to the hard work and determination of what I consider to be the best team in the business. Discipline is the cornerstone of Falcon Aerospace and passion for excellence continues to grow as we find new ways to thank our loyal customers and provide them with the finest service in the industry. Every day, we strive to set new standards other suppliers simply cannot match, and the results are evident.
We have been awarded numerous long-term contracts by some of the most demanding aerospace and defense contractors worldwide. We would not have captured these high-profile opportunities had our customers’ confidence in the Falcon Team and our supply chain not been well-galvanized. Equally impressive is the fact that we have never lost a long-term contract; they have all been perpetually extended.
As we accelerate into the future on our great journey, I am excited at the many opportunities I envision for Falcon Aerospace. These include a new and larger facility, implementation of a next-generation software for our clients, and continuation of our ongoing training programs in order to be the most effective workforce in the industry.

ALICIA MACDONALD / Vice President of Operations & Administration

Her portfolio of responsibilities includes company administration, financial and human resource management. Alicia has also taken the lead position in the implementation of the next-generation ERP software. This move will assist Falcon Aerospace in harnessing future growth opportunities.
ARLENE HERNANDEZ / Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Email: ahernandez@falconaerospace.cc Executive BioArlene has over 14 years of experience in the aerospace industry and comes from a family with deep roots in the metals industry. Although she has worked in many areas of the organizational structure (i.e. Accounting, Inventory and Quality/Billing), in the last six years, she has focused on International Sales. She continually ensures that the overall needs of our customers are met while also assisting in Export Compliance and management of our current software. Prior to joining Falcon Aerospace, Arlene served in a management capacity overseeing compliance programs within the healthcare industry.
